Current Activities

Since April 2023, I have served as Deputy Mayor of Chiyoda City, Tokyo, working to make public services more accessible and easier to use through the thoughtful application of digital technology.

Before entering public service, I worked across a wide range of digital fields in the private sector, including the development and management of web services. I continue to draw on that experience with one guiding principle: to create changes that bring real value to the people who use public services.

I am also exploring how generative AI can become a creative partner. Rather than simply asking AI to generate text, I focus on designing context, dialogue, workflows, and the environment in which AI works, while keeping final judgment and responsibility with the human creator.

Latest Publications

Since 2026, I have been publishing a series titled 『１３歳、わたしはお金持ちになると決めた。１００の問い』.

The series follows Lumi, a thirteen-year-old girl, as she works through one hundred questions posed by Grace, an AI coach. Through everyday experiences with family, friends, school, and money, she gradually explores what it means to think, choose, act, build relationships, and live well.
